Can I Play My Xbox On My Apple Computer
i have many movies stored on NAS drives and would like to be able to play these. My PS3 console bit the dust and I'm looking at a better media server. Ive looked at XBOX and PS4 but they don't support media streaming from NAS drives whereas their ancestors do. My Macbook pro is running out of space and I'm tempted to dump the drive onto a Mac mini and connect the NAS drives to it; hoping that the Apple TV speaks to it and views the videos in the iTunes library. But a large part of me feels genuine rage that I might have to spend £500 for this facility when it doesn't EVEN play blue ray or DVDs. Any suggestions? Are there media server interfaces that can run on Mac mini meaning its a little greener than having NAS + Mac Mini + Apple Tv running to be able to view NAS drive videos?
